Information Day of the Erasmus+ Programme (19.04.2018, Chernigiv)

On April 19, 2018, Chernigiv, National University Taras Shevchenko Chernihiv Collegium together with the NEO-Ukraine team held Information Day of EU Programme Erasmus+. The information day consisted of two parts for different target audiences, with the aim of promoting and attracting more students, youth and staff to open calls on individual opportunities.

The first part of the Information Day was devoted to the individual opportunities for students and youth. Participants strengthened their knowledge in short- and long-term motilities in HE and Youth. The main stages of preparation to join the Erasmus+ mobility projects were presented to the students and graduates.

The second part of the day was dedicated to the organizational opportunities within Erasmus+: ICM, Capacity Building in Higher Education and Jean Monnet. NEO-Ukraine speakers presented general architecture of the Programme, Key Actions and its features, main preparatory steps, Participant Portal registration, partner search, key documents etc.

Improved awareness of Erasmus+ for potential applicants and higher education stakeholders in general. Improved knowledge of the Erasmus+ for beneficiaries (organisations and individuals). Useful materials about the Erasmus+ and promo materials were disseminated.
